As a Republican and proud Forsyth County resident, I am running for the Georgia State Senate to uphold the conservative values that have made our state strong: limited government, personal responsibility, fiscal discipline, and the protection of individual freedoms. Georgia thrives when we trust families, small businesses, and communities—not bureaucrats in Atlanta or Washington. I firmly stand against the radical left's agenda of big government overreach, higher taxes, and cultural erosion. Instead, I pledge to advocate for economic growth, education reform, infrastructure improvements, and public safety, ensuring tax relief for our citizens. Together, we can build a prosperous, safe, and free Georgia where every citizen can achieve the American Dream.

He’ll champion tax relief by eliminating the state income tax and unnecessary mandates like emissions testing in Forsyth to save families money. With Carter's business background, he understands what it takes to create jobs, balance budgets, and support vital initiatives like education reform, infrastructure improvements, and public safety.
Fiscal Responsibility
If families can achieve economic growth through their efforts, then certainly government can do the same by focusing on education reform, infrastructure improvements, public safety, and providing tax relief!

Carter will be the parent’s voice in education reform, advocating for school choice scholarships and higher standards that contribute to economic growth. He’ll oppose “indoctrination” like Critical Race Theory and work to protect girls’ sports. As a father and a community member, Carter understands the importance of safe, high-quality schools, which are essential for public safety and the overall well-being of our children.
Public Safety & Law Enforcement
Back the Blue! Supporting our law enforcement not only enhances public safety but also fosters economic growth through community stability. By investing in education reform, we can equip future generations with the skills they need, while infrastructure improvements create a more efficient environment for everyone. Furthermore, advocating for tax relief will allow families to thrive in a safer, more prosperous community.
Carter will work to fully fund police and toughen penalties on crime, prioritizing public safety alongside initiatives for economic growth and education reform. He stands with Sheriff Ron Freeman and local law enforcement – no defunding nonsense. Additionally, Carter is a staunch supporter of citizens’ Second Amendment rights for self-defense, while also advocating for infrastructure improvements and tax relief to support the community.

Fix Forsyth Traffic - Carter has long championed Traffic Improvements and Relief as essential components for economic growth. He believes that infrastructure improvements are key to enhancing public safety and supports education reform to better prepare our community for the future. Additionally, he advocates for tax relief to ease the burden on residents while investing in these crucial areas.
Carter plans to continue the efforts of his predecessors to enhance infrastructure improvements, including expanding roads like Hwy 400 and local connectors, all while avoiding tax relief measures. He will pursue smart solutions, such as better coordination of traffic lights and public-private partnerships for road projects, aimed at fostering economic growth and improving public safety, ultimately enhancing the daily quality of life for Forsyth County residents.
Lake Lanier & Local Control
Lake Lanier needs local control to ensure sustainable economic growth, effective education reform, and necessary infrastructure improvements that prioritize public safety and provide tax relief for residents.
Carter will advocate for local control of Lake Lanier’s shoreline, emphasizing the importance of public safety and economic growth. He will champion Forsyth’s interests in lake management, ensuring safe recreation, protecting property rights, and promoting infrastructure improvements to support economic development around this vital resource.
