Carter will spur job creation by cutting red tape for small businesses and opposing new taxes. He’ll champion eliminating the state income tax and unnecessary mandates (like emissions testing in Forsyth) to save families money.  With Carter's business background he knows what it takes to create jobs and balance budgets.

Carter will be the parent’s voice in education, pushing for school choice scholarships and higher standards. He’ll oppose “indoctrination” like Critical Race Theory and protect girls’ sports. As a father and a community member, Carter understands the importance of safe, high-quality schools.

Carter will work to fully fund police and toughen penalties on crime. He stands with Sheriff Ron Freeman and local law enforcement – no defunding nonsense. 

Carter is a staunch supporter of a citizens’ Second Amendment rights for self-defense.

Carter is proudly pro-life and will defend Georgia’s Heartbeat Law, making no apology for protecting the unborn. He’ll also champion religious freedom, parental rights, and fighting human trafficking. 

 Carter plans on continuing efforts of predecessors to expand roads (Hwy 400, local connectors) and improve infrastructure without raising taxes. He’ll pursue smart solutions (better coordination of traffic lights, public-private partnerships for road projects) to improve the daily quality of life for Forsyth County residents.

Carter will call for local control of Lake Lanier’s shoreline. Carter will fight for Forsyth’s interests in lake management – ensuring safe recreation, property rights, and economic development around this vital resource.
